PLEASE NOTE: The Forever Litter Tray will fit and work in ALL Petsafe/ScoopFree machines EXCEPT their latest Crystal Plus and Crystal Pro models. In order to eliminate any competition, Petsafe/ScoopFree has implemented an RFID device in those newer models, causing them to alarm and malfunction unless you have purchased one of their genuine trays. Otherwise our trays would function without any problems in those machines except for the RFID lockout.
